Nothing special to note about my warmup run today. But I haven’t slept much the past two nights and I am definitely noticing it during my lift. I’m more tired and things are harder and I have less motivation to do them. It wasn’t really noticeable during my run, just the general bit of lethargy I’ve had all day. But during my lift I just didn’t want to keep lifting.
