Feb 15 — A New Split (for real this time) & a Change in Structure

1 mile warmup for leg day again. Felt fine, a little more lethargic than normal but nothing really of note. I did do some dynamic stretching and exercises at my apartment before I headed to the gym, but I don’t think that would have negatively impacted anything. Anyhow, I think my new plan is going to be making my “active recovery day” a long run day and just sticking with a mile on other days for now, although I’m hoping that will change as I build up distance and endurance, maybe after break which starts in two weeks.
