I graduated from physical therapy today. 11 months + 1 day after breaking my leg, 11 months exactly after surgery. It’s definitely a weird feeling. I still have a strict home exercise routine I have to do and I by no means am fully healed, but they think I’m ready to be set loose. World of difference from when I came in to now.
