March 17 — Getting Faster

Definitely was a bit more sore than I normally would be today. Run went well though, I had a bit of a headache and honestly heavily debated skipping my workout, but I’m really glad I decided not to. I wouldn’t say the run felt great, but I ran the mile all at 6 mph speed and ran the last quarter at 6.1, which was great. Once again, part of the reason I ran at a faster speed was because I wanted to get my run over with quicker, but I’m super glad I could run a mile at that speed. Tomorrow is a run day and I’m going to aim for an outdoor road run, which will be interesting.
